Gloria Blizzard is a non-fiction writer, poet and penner of songs, whose wordsmithing has appeared in numerous literary publications, magazines and sound recordings. She continues artistic explorations in percussion, violão, dance and all aspects of samba. She is currently working on her first full length book.

Gloria loves to explore societal structures and their impact, subtle energies that can transform them, creating meditations and treatises on culture, music, dance, spirit & wellness, culture and spirit.

 

Her nonfiction essays, reviews, memoir and poetry have appeared in the Globe and Mail, CBC.ca, Canadian Forum, Jornal de Toronto, This Magazine, NOW Magazine and Poetry Canada Review and numerous other publications.
